Appointments and Cancellations
Sessions are by appointment only. Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be subject to full session charges.
Fees and Payments
​Session fees are communicated prior to booking. Payments are due 24 hours before the time of the session. Confirmation of session is subject to receipt of payment. Fees may be revised periodically with prior notice.
Online Sessions
For online therapy sessions, clients are responsible for ensuring a private, stable, and safe environment. Patch and Bloom Therapy is not liable for any data breaches or technical issues beyond reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
While therapy aims to support mental health and well-being, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Patch and Bloom Therapy and its practitioners are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or participation in therapy.
